Reviews
Okay, so I use to come here as a teenager and have skipped coming here the last several times I was in Greenfield because Village Pizza was the obvious choice. The inside of the place is still the exact same as I remember it. The booths are the same and the men's room was dingy and totally outdated. Add to that there were no paper towels. I had to use toilet paper to dry my hands after washing them. Not a great experience but let's talk about the food because I really wanted to not like it based on my initial impression of the pace. The pizza was surprisingly good and better than I remember as broke teenager coming in and ordering the a small cheese pizza to split four ways and one drink each. I got the Athens Special and was delighted at how tasty it was. It was different then Village Pizza in a good way and can easily stand on it's own. I guess it comes down to what you are in the mood for as to where you would go. Today, it was Athens and it was worth it
This place has the best pizza and grinders in town no-brainer. I'm shocked to read some of the reviews on here. I've been here probably 100 times over the past 5 years and never had a bad experience or meal.
It hasn't been updated in at least 30 years but the pizza is classic Greek. The menu is simple and they're proficient at what they do! Reasonably priced and delicious!
Great eggplant grinder and large Greek salad. Grinder was fresh and hot while not too oily or saucy. Salad was crisp and light with great dressing. Will definitely be back!!!
